Another true Post Secret card

Well, this is my best friend Sarah :]

This is pretty much what we're always like when we hangout..except, I'm not going to put up the really embarrassing pictures we take.

I could write for pages about how many times she's saved my life and how much I love her. But, I'll just sum it up by saying that she's my other half, a better friend than I knew existed, and is one of the only people who can make me really laugh.

I love her to death :]

This is from one of the post secret cards in Frank Warren's book My Secret.

I'm sick, so I've been stuck in bed for what feels like forever. Because I'm stuck in bed, nothing too exciting has happened..and I wasn't sure how to get a picture of being sick haha. I was getting a little worried that I wouldn't have anything to post today. But I don't plan to give up on this project, and especially not on the 2nd day.

Anyway, I've been reading a lot today and one of the books I spent a lot of time on was My Secret. This secret really stood out to me. One of the things I love about Post Secret, is how you can relate to so many of the secrets. It's comforting to see that people all around the world have such similiar things going on in their lives and to know that no one's really alone.

Change is something that I've always been scared of. It's one of those things I push out of my mind and ignore as long as I can. So, I thought it was interesting that I really felt like this was my secret today. I'm not sure what it means, but I know it's something I'll want to remember a year from now :]

Well, this is my first post. For the last few months, I've watched some of my friends start Project 365's. I've been thinking about it a lot and I've decided to start my own. With 365 days in a year, and a year going by so quickly, it's impossible to remember most of your year. Sure, you'll have lots of memories, and the more you think about it, the more you'll remember. But there's no way that you can remember on your own what you did each one of those 365 days. Lots of people keep diaries or journals to try and capture they're time. Well, I've started countless journals over my 17 years and I've never been able to keep up with them. Either I forget, get too busy, or I don't even want to write about whats happening. Taking a picture each day is something I don't think I'll have trouble with. I love to take pictures and I love my camera so I'm really excited to start this. Photography is a never ending area for learning and developing so it's going to be exciting to see what I learn. Hopefully, if I have any luck I'll get better haha.

So, this is the beginning of my Project 365. Starting tomorrow I'll be posting a picture each day and writing something about the picture and my day. Hopefully, I'll be able to make it at least somewhat interesting :]
